I would really love to use a Plugin uploader this can benefit new users using this software.

I would really love to use a Plugin uploader this can benefit new users using this software.
So some kind of system, where you can upload a plugin zip file and the system will unzip it and put it in the right places for you.
(Something for those that don't have FTP access?)
